You can put the following lines in your wordpress theme into footer.php to see how much SQL statements were executed for generating the page and how long the whole process of generating the page took:

<?php echo get_num_queries () ?> SQL queries done.
Page generation took <?php echo timer_stop(); ?> seconds.

After that, view your blog and look into the HTML source code at the very bottom. You can also use these two commands at other parts of your page, but then only the statements up to that time in page generation are counted.
